I've visited at least 20 different GameStop locations throughout Southern California, Washington and Oregon. I stopped into this store just by chance over 200 miles from my home and was informed that at any time if I would like I could the game I was looking for in store and have it shipped to my home. Out of all the locations I have been to nobody had mentioned this option except for Eric. I have to give a big thank you and a huge shout out to Eric for his amazing customer service and knowledge. Beanie babies, Lord of the Rings figures, Video games, Littlest Pet Shop, Little People (the ones we grew up with), Nerf Guns, DVDs, the itty bitty Polly Pockets (I haven't seen one of those since I was a kid), old PlayStation and video game accessories, Vintage clothing, Schleich figures, dolls, cars, and so much more--I felt like I had been transported back to my childhood. I saw toys that I or my friends had when we were growing up, and the nostalgia hit hard. As I walked around the store I felt a sense of childlike awe, and was caught off guard when I saw a beanie baby horse that I had as a child and had lost. It was a little bit like traveling back in time. Their prices were much lower than I had anticipated--especially since most of what caught my attention were toys I haven't seen anywhere since the early 2000's. The collection included a great deal of rare toys, games, and stuffed animals. They also had some toys that I've seen in the stores more recently, but Shiloh's Picks had a much more appealing price tag for them. The proprietor was friendly and approachable, and seemed very knowledgeable when it came to different toys and games. If you are looking for good toys on a budget, or rare items that you can't find anywhere else, this is a great shop to check out.

Does he somehow not realize that there are ZERO companies that are going to give you any sort of refund for a video game UNLESS it's defective somehow? Like, get real, bud. They even tell you that when you purchase the game. It's pretty obvious why they wouldn't give you a full refund as well. I've done business with this place off and on for years and I'm thankful for them.
