This is a delayed review, but I need to share it. So, a few years ago I came in to get a tattoo that I had for 10 years previously touched up. While the end product was decent. The guy who did it was very rude and the whole time had a random girl whom he knew just hanging out and talking the whole time and anytime I try to ask if I could take a small break , I was often ignored. And once I joined their conversation and they both went silent like I had cursed their existence or something. Thought the whole thing was super unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I don't expect them to totally converse with me but when I spoke it was so unwelcome. I have never suggested this place to anyone nor have I blasted them to anyone. Just wanted to mentioned not being an a hole goes a long way. Never will go back. read more

Worst experience ever! Excessively long wait for jewelry, over 6 months. When jewelry finally did arrive they put the wrong cheaper size in my ear(they ordered the wrong piece) and when I called numerous times trying to talk to someone they blamed the manufacturer. My other piece of white gold which cost over a hundred fell out in less than a week. Tried to call the manager about the rude and incompetent staff with no response or call back. Treated my children like second class citizens, wanting them to sit in a back corner away from where I was looking at the jewelry. They changed the agreed prices on the jewelry when they arrived. Finally decided to get my deposit back, they shorted me $15 and I had to fight to get anything back. It was followed up with a nasty and disrespectful e-mail from the manager I had been trying to talk to for months. Waste your money somewhere else. read more

Hi, I got my Septum piercing here. Great experience, not issues about 6 months ago. Then I lost the ball on my jewelry so I wanted to replace it. So I went back to purchase a new replacement ring. $65.00 are you kidding me! Just for the jewelry!!!! Then they said another $10.00 to put it back it. My piercing wasn't even closed up. If you need new jewelry, go to Walmart, Trader Tom's, or even Claire's. $65.00 for a tiny piece of jewelry. Don't get ripped off by them. Lost my business!! read more

I stopped by at around 3:30pm today. There was one couple at the counter and the lady who unlocked the door said that I "would need to come back in 30ish mins or tomorrow" in order to buy plugs. In the time she wasted telling me about "how super duper busy" she was and asking where I lived and what I needed, then proceeding to explain where I could potentially, possibly, maybe find some plugs.....she could have just let me me in the door to buy the plugs I so desperately needed. They literally had only about 10 options to choose from in the case! Seriously ridiculous service. read more

The shop was clean and the staff were friendly. Zack did a double nose piercing, and it all went smoothly. Only negative was that they were out of some of the jewelry on display. Two different sized pieces I asked for weren't available. Now I have to wait three months with the wrong jewelry in my face because somebody can't keep track of inventory. Overall, a good experience. With that said....I was blown away when I went to buy jewelry later on! When I went to pay the gal she said I was getting a 15% discount because her manager had seen the above review and wanted to make it right. Talk about a spectacular level of customer service. Of course, now I feel like an ass for whining originally. I'm making up for it by telling everyone about the extraordinary service and business philosophy that High Priestess has. read more

I have had two tattoos done at High Priestess in Roseburg. They do beautiful work. I took both my daughters there for their first tattoos also. It's always a wonderful experience. Heather and Nick do beautiful work! The environment is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the artists do great work! I would recommend High Priestess in Roseburg to anyone looking to get a great tattoo. My daughter just got her first tattoo this week, and both Nick and Heather did a great job with her, and beautiful work. Her sister and I both got great tattoos also. We had a great time! It's funny how my review I posted a couple months ago for the terrible attempt to create a panther on my arm from James Wall is gone. I hope he is not in the business anymore. I would never go here ever. They couldn't pay me. I contacted the manager after this experience and refused to help me. I have photos. It's laughable. So I went to see Chere at Tapestry. Amazing what she did and with she had to work with. It look like a completely different piece. Y'all should be out of business if you treat customers this way. read more

I recently walked into the High Priestess in Roseburg initially to buy jewelry and ended up getting a nose piercing that I had wanted for quite some time. The front register staff member Skylar was the most knowledgeable person of body jewelry I had ever met. He kindly and enthusiastically walked me through the different styles of jewelry for my piercing and their pros and cons. Therefore, I was able to make a decision with my own preference based on all of the extensive information he provided me. My piercer Zach was extremely friendly and warm and made me feel the most comfortable in a piercing setting than I ever had before. He had a great sense of humor and was obviously extremely experienced with his professional demeanor. He shaped my jewelry perfectly to my nose before even placing it! When it came to the piercing it was the easiest one I ever received. Zach excellently pierced my nose quickly, efficiently and practically painlessly!
