The store itself is filthy, unorganized, and full of broken arcade machines, and everything is wildly overpriced -- often 40-50% above market value. They even try to bribe customers with a "10% discount" if you leave them a five-star review, which is laughable because 10% barely touches their inflated prices. This shop feels dishonest and sketchy from top to bottom, and it's clear the manager's behavior is the main problem. Save your time and money -- there are far better places to shop than this mess.

We each picked up one ETB from the shelf (no signs saying not to) and told people ahead of us we'd give them up if needed. Instead of addressing the harassment or the group that cleared the shelves, the cashier falsely claimed she had asked my fiancée for hers back (she hadn't), then escalated and kicked us out right before our turn. Completely unfair, humiliating, and a terrible way to treat long-time customers.

Trinton also used my points on a game warranty but he told me he had a "coupon" to make it free. He was boosting his numbers by doing that. He was nice but I won't be back to this GameStop.

First, you must call to set up an appointment to shop. The store is small so they only allow a certain amount of people inside. They have different hours as well. Upon entering, they require a face mask and hand sanitizer before browsing the store. The location is literally right off campus. Parking can be annoying in this area. There is street parking in front or a small parking lot behind the store. Keep this in mind when visiting. There are a couple of other businesses located in the same building: a Korean restaurant (delicious) and a music store downstairs. If you're looking for a fun and unique store, definitely visit!

I understand keeping your store free from thieves, but there are things that can be handled differently.
