Some items are dusty, but there are so many supplies available, it's understandable. Quality: Excellent quality items available for all budgets. Price: Again, prices vary depending on your budget, but they have something for everyone. Quality matches the price reasonably well except for brand new items that just come in. Customer service: Doesn't get much better than this. You can try out sticks on their pool table in the showroom. If they replace a tip for you and it's not just right, they will fix it for you for free. Comments: My only issue was that my tip had to be redone due to mushrooming, but I can't complain too much. They fixed it without a fuss AND you have to allow for human error, cuz well, we're human!
