Horrible customer service. Manager was very unprofessional. Went to a different location and the service was definitely 100x better.

Services are a bit slow but other than that everything is good the place looks nice and staff are friendly.

When you open a store, you want your employees to be knowledgeable in what you are selling, correct? You want them to know the little 'terms' for services they offer. So you don't spend an extra 30 seconds trying to explain to them what the difference between a PickUp@Store and a PreOrder is. You want them to have a passion for what they sell, not just know the items and sell them. This is the problem with this GameStop, I know this place is not in need of applicants. I mean, you browse around long enough you're bound to hear someone asking for an application. But they only seem to hire people who have no passion for the hobby, and don't even bother to learn how things work. You can visit the website and bang, already you're doing research on how this chain works. Also, the lines here get incredibly long, and once they start to gather, it will be a long time before they disperse. If you're the type of person who's looking for an item that will most likely be in the back of the store, then you're better off looking somewhere else. GameStops are still being designed to serve one or two customers at a time. I think the word GameStop should be synonymous with a gas station in the video game world. It can provide you with the latest games, and a quick go to for broken controllers, wires, and the odd game purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GAMESTOP ESPECIALLY CONSOLES OR CONTROLLERS. This place is absolutely terrible. I bought a clear PS4 wireless dualshock controller, and within months the controller started acting on its own. It presses buttons on its own, it doesn't read certain inputs, it drags up when I hold down the L2, the left joystick responsible for running doesn't let me run as fast as other players, left stick click is unresponsive, camera drags and turns on its own, it is absolute sh*t. I am starting to believe I was sold a fake PS4 controller by this GameStop. I didn't pay for the warranty therefore I can't return the controller. This place is absolute crap and you're better off going to Best Buy or the GameStop in Willowbrook mall for some legit authentic fully functioning products. If it were an option they would get no stars from me. This place sucks. They won't sell you first day games unless you've pre-ordered, even if they have them in stock. They're employees are kind of obnoxious, and will sometimes have you wait in line 10-15 minutes while they blab away with no concern for the people waiting in line. Once they wouldn't let me pick up my game because I didn't have an ID to verify age, even though I am 37, I look young but don't be ridiculous, I don't look like a teen. I'm done with this place. Just go up to the place by the McDonald's, they're much nicer and you can be in and out of there in two minutes. read more
