They're packed floor to ceiling with like every game for every console, new or old. They also have a bunch of old and new consoles. Absolute, worst employees I have ever seen. Not only did they call me out of my name and make gay…read moreslurs towards me, they lied to me. I called the store, verified information. When I got to the store, they were talking to some guy about how he could Steal some sort of cord before he traded in his PS4. (As it was incomplete) I had my Brand New switch, ready to trade in, and then they refused to do it. No explanation, but, they were teaching the guy next to me how to steal a cord and include it with his PS4, which was wrapped in a pillowcase, so he could return stolen goods. Howerver, my stuff had a box. A receipt. I was denied. Jay and Jamie were cursing, Jamie was yelling about how she wasn't even supposed to be working today. It was one of the worst retail experiences of my life. If not the worst. Their names: Jamie and Jay. Jamie and Jay. Jay and Jamie. They both deserve to lose their jobs. I have never been mistreated like this in public. I will NEVER go there again, and I will never return to GameStop. Period. This was the one opportunity I had, and they blew it. Both my husband and I have made numerous visits to his 831 S Broad St business, made phone calls and text messages to Harry Luna to receive the videos. If calls were accepted (I was also call blocked), the same excuses and promises were made but still no delivery of video. July 2017, we contacted Danielle Responds | NBCUniversal NBC Responds Consumer Investigative Center (Danielle.Responds@nbcuni.com) for help and they responded "Unfortunately, I have made 3 attempts to get the company to respond. At this point you would have to file with the BBB or go to civil court." We really took a liking to Harry and his wife, spending the day with them at our home and at the wedding reception. Sharing food and drink with what we thought were fine people. They also came highly recommended by Alberto owner of Encore Florist who did our wedding flowers. Alberto also reached out to Harry and received the same excuses and promises.

We had a large crowd of children who were more interested in the coloring pages she brought of her service dog Oreo. The parents really took to the story and my guess changed their perspective on people who are disabled. The management team was super helpful and informative. Made the event really a piece of mind. As for the store itself, no complaints from me.

This one was good to go to as it was big and it had an amazing selection of books and good service. There was also a Starbucks inside too so you can get coffee and pastries if you're hungry. And there was also a nice area for the kids as well with a train table and a little stage area with trees for kids to sit at where they could read books or find one they may be interested in. The prices of the books though obviously could be more than buying it on Amazon or elsewhere. But this is one of the best places to go to to get a physical copy of a book or read books you're interested in before you go and order them on Amazon or elsewhere.
