With the current upgrade of my iPhone more device inaccuracies appeared including which phone I was upgrading. I decided this couldn't be solved on a phone. I visited the local Comcast store in Hillsborough, but same as with past visits they couldn't help. They referred me to Lawrenceville. With my new iPhones and all my other phones in hand, I visited the Lawrenceville store on a busy Saturday afternoon. I had to wait over 30 minutes to be served. When my name was called, I brought my bag of phones to the counter and started to explain this complicated mess to a young man named Josh D. He patiently listed to my story and said he had a similar situation with a customer earlier in the day. He was confident he could fix my problem. With all phones in hand, he began a SIM shuffle and in a little over one hour of interacting with his computer, all was corrected. During that time we had good conversation and I'm confident this young college student will be success in his life goals. But for now, if you have any problem that needs attention, I'd highly recommend going to the Lawrenceville store and asking for Joshua D. He's worth waiting for!

However, three months later, they refused it, saying that that the offer had expired. 2. Home internet cost doubled after one year. I was not allowed to stop the service, otherwise the phone-lines bill will be much higher cost.

Verizon's cellular service is almost never disrupted. Well, there was a recent disruption that was not a problem for either my husband or me. Their customer service is great, too! My favorite Verizon employee's name is Sally and I call her "Rockstar Sally" because she is beyond friendly and more than helpful anytime I need help with a new device, such as adding a screen protector or buying a cell phone accessory. I've used T-Mobile in the past and good grief was it weak! I had to walk to my backyard fenceline just to get a cell phone signal when at home. This was really bad! Not so with Verizon as they provide clear reliable communications nearly 100 percent of the time! Thanks, Verizon for excellent products and even better: exceptional customer service!!

To the bewilderment of their marketing brain trust, our phones have become so second-nature and transactional that the carrier/brand is almost irrelevant, and that's just not good enough for VZW who desperately needs you to have such a meaningful RELATIONSHIP with their technology that you are bound together forever in distracted bliss as your capacity for independent thought TikTok's away. Good luck with that. In the meantime expect an advertising deluge featuring hyperventilating mobs of happy shiny "Influencers" having an or--gasm over the magic that is Verizon. Just text me when it's over. Three "been there, done that" stars for the lack of an original idea.

On July 12th, the Samsung phone that's the primary number on the account stopped working (touch screen stopped working) so it got sent off for repairs. I made the decision to get a backup phone by adding a line to the account and opted for an iPhone, which arrived on the 16th. Since it's taking longer than usual for my Samsung to be returned to me, I went through the process of updating contact information and authentication methods on important accounts to include the number linked to the iPhone. I tried to log into my account but it wouldn't let me advance pass the screen attempting to send a code/ link to my old phone number (the one being repaired), I called Verizon to see if I could get the iPhone number to be used as the number for MFA. With all the stress going on, I could not remember the pin linked to my account. However, I was able to provide other identifying information (email address, other phone numbers on my account, my physical address, and my SSN). I experienced being gaslit and was told by one representative that my account could not be found, despite a bill being sent to my email address today. Then the "manager" did not relay the correct information to "tech support". I was kept on the phone for almost two hours with customer service representatives trying to make me feel stupid for their inability to fix the problem. The customer service needs improving. Have some empathy for your customers. Don't insult their intelligence. And have additional ways of authenticating your customers apart from this method that the tech team is unable to figure out how to undo.

"...rest assured...I am here to help..." hour...hour...hour...disconnected, stopped responding...bill still $150 more than promised..."I fixed that you should see that on your account soon..." No change, nothing. Lies. Thievery. Stealing. Scamming. Scambags. If any other cell phone service didn't have exactly the same reviews I'd have left years ago. I think they're all run by the same losers.

I was given a ticket number, only to be told the following week that my issue was resolved. It was not; it's worse! Today, I asked the initial phone rep to speak with a supervisor. She said that their system was down. Then I asked to be transferred to someone who could actually address my concerns. I asked for her name, and she promptly disconnected me. I'm switching today! Of course when you finally break free, the most important decision is your internet provider. It's the heartbeat of any sound entertainment/communications hub and shouldn't be taken lightly. With Comcast gone, I chose T-Mobile 5G Internet and so far, I've been very pleased. Since I'm not running an underground movie studio or training for the Gamer Olympics, T-Mobile has been terrific supporting our phones, computers and streaming services with only slight variation in speed and dependability... or at least no more than Comcast. The Hub took all of ten minutes to install and connect to our devices. Trust me, I don't work in IT and it's still a snap. The real advantage is financial, $50 per month with taxes, fees and equipment included versus $140+ all in for Comcast. The only question is whether the service is available in your area. Give T-Mobile a call, it only takes five minutes... unless you hate saving money. Five easy stars.

But to me personally, if you're working at Best Buy and you're working in customer service, you would think this location would have better quality in their emotions and in the way they're outputting their behavior to customers. This is not the only time I've had a bad experience. Another lady started complaining about how DoorDash was a capitalist company, and it was just thriving off its customers in front of multiple customers. I would avoid this location of your needing help, but if you're there to shop and you know what you're gonna get, then definitely buy at this location, but if you're needing assistance to look for an item, they have pretty shit attitude.
