They failed to tell me a tower they were using in my area was out making me think my phone was fubar, then I found out from CO workers they're AT&T tower was out and they were also having trouble but by then I had gotten another phone. Then I gave my old phone that was paid for in full to a friend and consumer cellular had locked it, it was not their property, I had bought the phone. Then I'm bumped up to a more expensive plan for going over GB when I originally bought the plan I was told I had unlimited calls and text. Don't use this company they think all elderly people use the phone less than we do.
