Other then one rude employee I have encountered so far this is the best AT&T i have ever experienced. I have lived in quite a few states. I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being. Unlike the one by Walmart off of Kellogg and Greenwich where they are literally sitting around doing absolutely nothing but playing on their electronics no one else in the store but they still don't have time for paying customer when they walk in. So they end up treating you like trash and chasing you out! My husband and I came there after leaving this rock location because of inventory issues and those jerks had us running away from the store after they lied and were super super super rude! Thank God for decent people like these here at Rock and K96! Keep up the great customer service and work guys! Juan the manager as well as Nathan the salesman are great! Update: This issue was eventually solved. I have no idea if this will work for me, but since today is July 22 and I have been texting and calling with the salesman in Wichita that sold me a wireless plan since June 30 to solve a billing issue, to no avail, I'm going to give it a try. I have also called the store on N Rock to get in touch with salesman's supervisor and was assured that they emailed him and that he would contact me (maybe same day but probably next day) and that he was good at solving issues for customers. It has now been over 48 hours since that phone call to the store and I still haven't heard from anyone. My experience with door-to-door salesman that accompanied a technician that was installing my internet service: I had been considering AT&T because they have decent service at my rural work location--better than my previous carrier. So, when given an opportunity to switch and upgrade my phone, bundle all my internet, TV, and wireless services and streamline billing, and a wireless plan that would beat my previous carrier's monthly charges, I decided to give it a go. And I'm regretting this decision immensely. Here are my issues. 1. I had a trade in phone that he told me was worth $390. And he told me that trade in money would be credited to my monthly payment so that I would not have a wireless bill from AT&T while I paid off my previous phone with my previous carrier. (I didn't want to be paying twice!) 2. My previous monthly bill was $138 per month and salesman assured me that the new phone and new plan with AT&T would be less per month. 3. I ended up with a bill from my previous provider (which I expected), a bill from AT&T, which I did not expect. AND, the bill was over $173. 4. I began a conversation via text with the salesman because he gave me his number and told me to contact him if I had questions or problems. His response to me has been to placate me by blaming someone else. 5. I contacted him over my lunch hour on June 30. He responded after 5:00 on July 1. He asked me a question, which I answered and the I had to contact him again on July 6. Five days later. He then told me he submitted a support ticket and as soon as he knew something, he'd let me know. On July 9, I contacted him again. This continued with no resolution to my complaints until most recently, I've sent two unanswered text requests (days apart) asking for name and contact info for his supervisor. And I've also called the store, which he told me to do, and that request for assistance has also gone unanswered by his supervisor. I have been patient. I have not been abusive with my tone or language. I simply would like to be granted what I was promised. And a modicum of customer service would be really nice. I don't think any billing problem should take 23 days to solve. I am purposely not naming the people involved. I believe AT&T's customer service needs a complete overhaul. However, I am more concerned with a solution than throwing someone under the bus by name. However, I also believe there is no excuse for the way I've been ignored. read more

Amazing customer service! The door was opened for us, she asked what we were there for (a new sim card /active a replacement phone), said she was able to help her with that. Got the card in, activated and verified the phone worked. Opened the door for us on the way back out. Total time, less than 10 minutes. Friendly and efficient.. Very very happy! read more

I am in town from California with my daughter. We yelped this store, entered the store and the clerk had us place our name on the waiting list, an approximately 15 minute wait. 20 plus minutes go by and a lady helps Jerry No. 6 on the list. When my daughter questioned the clerk, the clerk told her the store manager came out to help Jerry. If she could help Jerry she could have helped me No . 3. Maybe it was the black and the black hat. I guess my $500.00 purchase of a IPhone 6 Plus just isn't enough. I'm just saying "No Worries". We politely walked out, just as subtle as she helped Jerry, I can spend my money were it is appreciated. I have been a faithful customer of AT&T for six plus years, maybe it's time for a change. read more

It's a wonder this store even has one star! So horrible you wait and wait and wait then they can't help solve the problem EVER! I have been to this store on three occasions in the last month and have gotten nowhere! I am dropping any and all att services they are a total rip off and expensive! It's ridiculous. We are from out of town and have used this store several times. There are a couple rude employees, 20 something girls that haven't yet figured out they ain't all that. For the most part though this store is fast, effective and efficient. They have been able to help us nearly every time or give us an alternative that worked. Black guy, brown guy, white guy and a purple guy!?!? Good marks here! read more
