We rented the Game Truck for our son's birthday party and all the kids had a blast! We rented it for 2 hours and after seeing how all the 7-8 year olds did I would recommend 1.5 hours for that age group. 1 hour wouldn't give them enough time to play all the games they wanted to try, but 2 hours felt long. The bus was clean and all the screens and controllers worked great. We had 16 kids and there was plenty of space for all them to sit. I believe our booking could have up to 20 kids. This is a great option for a fall/winter party when it's rainy outside. JK- the party host was nice- pretty reserved- but wish there was more energy and helpfulness when a kid was showing they were getting bored. Most of the kids didn't even know what games were offered and I felt like I had to help facilitate them knowing what options they had and wish the party host could have managed that piece. Side note- Even if you have a large driveway- front yard they will not park there. They do street parking so make sure to take that into account. They were booked for our grad party last night to show up 11pm. At 10:20pm they sent a text that they were not coming due to staffing. An organizer had to call them back and found out the owners were out of state. What a HORRIBLE situation. Calling less than an hour before due and ruining a major activity for a once in a lifetime grad party for these kids. Don't ever risk this company to actually show up. read more

I booked a party in June for my grandsons birthday in September. I spoke with an associate on the phone who was great at answering all my questions. however, at no time was I advised that the deposit (50% of the total) was non refundable. Life happened and we needed to cancel . That was when I found out that my deposit of more than $250 was non refundable. I was offered a credit to use at a later date but after this experience I will not book with them again. I'd be cautious booking with this company based off my experience to date. read more

Used this company for a Bubble Soccer party for our 9 y/o daughter. It was such a hit. They set up at a nearby park and the kids absolutely loved it....adults too! Two staff members rolled up in their truck n' trailer and the whole neighborhood was stoked, knowing that good times were about to ensue. It was super hot, but they set up the course and inflatables with smiles. They reviewed the rules, managed each game, and made sure all the kids were safe...they even reminded them all to stay hydrated! As with all other reviews, working with Sarah to plan the party is a treat. She's really good at texts, emails, and phone touch points. Great customer service. Only thing I would recommend to future customers is to be cognizant of the predicted weather during the event. It was 93 degrees with little breeze during our party and the kids got super hot in the bubble equipment. They had a blast, but needed to rest often. We hired the Game Truck for my daughter's 13th birthday party. Scheduling was very easy. The woman I spoke with was professional and personable. They called the morning of the party to confirm where they should park. Game truck showed up about 20 minutes before the party and was set up well before the guests arrived. In fact it was early enough to allow all of the curious neighbors to peek in and check out the action. The game truck host was awesome. He even did a Just Dance video on a dare to get a couple of reluctant party goers to participate. You can choose the types of games (ratings) that are allowed. We had a mix of boys girls ranging in age from 11 to 16. We had a total of 12 kids. There was something for everyone and something different happening on each of the screens. This was a great 9th Birthday party for our son. We had 16 kids and a couple of dad's that had a blast playing in the truck.
