What we found was far more than expected! This nursery is a hidden gem with an incredible selection of plants, trees, and garden goods--all at extremely reasonable prices. We've now been back three times, and each visit has been better than the last. Today we had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Nancy and Ed, and they are wonderful. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their entire team is just as friendly and helpful. Once again, they said sure, we were on their schedule, then never showed. When I finally called to find out where they were, they said where we lived was too far for them so they wouldn't be able to mow it anymore. It's now Jun 8 and because Steele's has told us repeatedly they were coming but never showed up, our lawn is overgrown and we are scrambling to find someone else. Don't waste your time with them. My view has now been restored!! His tree climbing abilities were very impressive. His crew helped him when the limbs came down as to not cause too much damage below on the ground. The dry stacked stone wall they built was beyond our expectations and the walkway to the front steps was built just as our landscape architect had spec'd. They also built a block wall around our well, backfilled the area with loam, topped it with bark mulch and planted shrubs. We have gotten many compliments from our neighbors. They worked very hard in hot conditions, kept the area neat while working, and re-raked our gravel driveway when removed their heavy equipment. We would not hesitate to recommend Ddraig Stonework.
