Many of the flowers were brown and wilted, the colors were nothing like what I had requested, and the overall design felt rushed and mismatched to the vision we had discussed. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was told that they could only refund the portion of the order that included the brown flowers -- essentially acknowledging that they had delivered poor-quality blooms. Thankfully, I had gone to Trader Joe's beforehand, planning to make my own centerpieces. In the end, I ended up using leftover flowers from those arrangements to create my own bouquets, boutonnieres, and altar piece -- all of which turned out far better than what I had received from the florist, and at a fraction of the cost. However, doing this last-minute added a lot of unnecessary stress to the morning of my wedding, as I scrambled to fix what should have been a finished and beautiful part of the day. I truly wish my experience had been different. Your wedding florals are such a meaningful part of the celebration, and it was heartbreaking to have to redo so much of it myself. It went something like this: My husband and I walk into the store. The woman is with a customer and we start browsing. The store is cramped and cluttered and we keep walking to the back of the store where it looks like there are more goods. The woman, still in conversation with the other customer, starts frantically waving at me and barks "can I help you?" Thinking she is genuine I say "no thanks, I'm just looking." "I can see you're looking" she snaps, and indicates that we almost entered the supply room, which has no door or sign and looks eerily like the rest of the store. I innocently say, "oh that's not the store?" "Does that look like a store?" And she continues her conversation with the other customer, never acknowledging us again. Frankly, I would rather go to joann fabrics and buy fake flowers from china then be treated like this. Unbelievable. Will never go back. Ever.
