I was flying through SoCal when I began to feel ill. I don't have a PCP in this region, so I went to a local urgent care and then later to a hospital in DTLA; however, the staff were unable to properly diagnose me. Eventually, one of the doctors was able to refer me to Dr. Ganesh, who is an infectious disease specialist. Dr. Ganesh was professional, timely, courteous, calm, and ensured that all of my needs were met during all of my in and out patient visits. Most importantly, he was able to make an accurate diagnosis. It turns out that Dr. Ganesh also practices internal medicine, so I use this clinic for annual exams now as well. The clinic staff are friendly and helpful, and billing even with insurance is a breeze.

Dr Sia, knows me, knows my family members, she even asks specifics about my family members, by name! she listens when i speak, and i have never ever had a problem getting a referral from her. recently i was having an issue skin related, we were perplexed, she actually said, "skin is not my specialty, i dont know how to treat this. i am going to have to refer you to a specialist." that was last thursday, we had a holiday mlk day, the referral got here today! when i need refills on scripts, i call, they refill, i have never had to wait the 3 days the recording says it will be done by, they handle business in a timely manner. i have nothing but good things to say about her, she is easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor, she remembers what you spoke about 3 months ago (i see her quarterly) and its not like she takes notes on the "not medical" things you may mention, she is genuinely interested in me & my life my whole life and cares enough to know who i am. i imagine she is like this with all of her patients, that dont mind the long wait times, i dont mind them because i know when she enters that exam room she's mine! all mine! i have her full attention, and shes not in a hurry, because i am her only patient at least that is how it feels. dr sia is a wonderful personable doctor good at what she does and i am grateful she became a doctor, she has walked miles with me and my health issues and never disappointed me.

She's also being sued by another PA that was really good PA, Justin Atkins in Los Angeles, CA. From what the case says is that he's suing for breach of contract. But she is never around when I need her. Her staff isn't good either. I finally got fed up and changed doctors and after doing that her office staff called me asking to call them cuz they want to book an appointment for me. I'm still waiting for scripts to be filled and the pharmacy is trying to get ahold of them to get them filled. I waited about 5 months for testing equipment. This just isn't acceptable. She needs her license taken away. And she also has another office in Apple valley as well.
