But she is never around when I need her. Her staff isn't good either. I finally got fed up and changed doctors and after doing that her office staff called me asking to call them cuz they want to book an appointment for me. I'm still waiting for scripts to be filled and the pharmacy is trying to get ahold of them to get them filled. I waited about 5 months for testing equipment. This just isn't acceptable. She needs her license taken away. And she also has another office in Apple valley as well. Idk how she does over at that office but I've met a couple of her other patients that want to get away from her too! Hopefully you will choose another doctor and not go with Shima Hadidchi. Later, I found out that they had listed my husband's phone number for reminders instead of mine. However, my husband never received any notifications either. Two months ago, the doctor personally called me and asked me to come in for a visit. I tried calling the office multiple times, but the line was busy, no one answered, or I left messages and no one ever called me back. As a result, I never came in for the appointment. Now I need a refill of my prescribed medication and am once again trying to schedule an appointment. Three times, the receptionist took my information and said someone would call me back -- but that never happened. Today, after trying ten times, I finally managed to get through and schedule an appointment. I told them on the phone that I had been calling for two weeks and had left messages asking for a callback, but no one ever returned my calls. The response I got was: "You just need to keep trying to call." At one point, I even drove to the office in person just to schedule an appointment, but I cannot keep driving there every time. I also requested my medical records because I want to change doctors, and I was told it would cost $25. Seriously??? I have never seen a charge for medical records before. There are three people working at the front desk, and I honestly don't know what they are doing. This review is a cry for help. It's unbelievable. I have never experienced such poor front desk service in my life. It honestly feels like they are intentionally not answering the phone. On top of that, the doctor likes to order various tests and insists that you come in every few months for visits, for reasons that are unclear -- likely just to charge you more money. The doctor also never found the cause of the condition I originally came in for.

Recently, Dr. has changed from a traditional medical doctor into a niche "fade" doctor focusing on…read morethings like aroma/IV therapies, thermal body contouring, social medial influencer type treatments for cash rather than traditional type medical practice that requires billing insurance/medicare. Medicare doesn't reimburse for these fade types of treatments and being a senior with medical needs, I no longer "fit" this new get-rich-quick type schemes that this office seems to be focused on. Front office staff ignored me when I was trying to update Medicare information as you can see, they don't want patients who need traditional types of medical care and/or treatments.
