Hi everyone. If I want to tell about my experience with Monica honestly word can't explain how satisfy I'm to her as a lawyer for my immigration case. She help me for my asylum case to be granted and accepted very easy. She help me and Guide me through green card process as well And finally she helped me for my citizenship application as well I had my upcoming interview for citizenship and got some very wrong consultation from other lawyer that they were about the put me in a huge problem. They told me I'm facing a huge problem with my application and I'm going to be interviewed with fraud department and deportation department in my interview. And it won't be regular interview and since I'm going alone to my interview it is better for me to cancel my interview and ask for a lawyer for my case from uscis I called Monica and she gave a consultation after her working hours since it was after working hour. She gave me 15min consultation that changed all my assumptions and scenarios. She was so confident that she told me that she is expecting my email with good news for my next day interview. My opinion, definitely not a lawyer you want to consider for yourself. First off, the pricing is outrageous. Second, her paralegals make SO MANY mistakes in your form, such as name, address, date of birth, etc that would SEVERELY delay your application by months. I don't really know why she is into immigration law when she doesn't even take the time to review the files and validate the info. My file got rejected twice because Monica Ganjoo's office miscalculated the fees and overpaid USCIS! (How fun is that when you are in hurry to get your fiance in the US?) The consultation fee is relatively low though so if you have an easy case may want to take advantage of it. However, her recommendations are not final and you should definitely investigate more. Areas that she is generally knowledgeable: Refugee, Asylum (recommends everyone to become asylum!). Areas that they is lacking knowledge (limited to none): Business Visas, Investment Visas, Work Visas, anything outside of family type of Visas. Monica is a good person, don't get me wrong; sometimes you feel like she is your friend more than a lawyer but she is extremely and extremely money oriented. I referred many of my friends there; however i did make a mistake! :) These are the things you'll hear from her: - My prices are very low, if you don't believe just go next door and they charge twice. ( Absolutely, absolutely wrong; her prices are extremely high with no sense) -This is easy case. You'll be fine, don't worry (while your case is lacking evidence and she knows for a fact that it will be rejected) Also, she may say she will charge you flat rate for a service but there is a fine print. For instance, if USCIS asks a question (aka RFE), your charges would astronomically go up and up but you didn't read it since it was in fine print and you were not told that your case will get into RFE! On the good side, unlike most other immigration attorneys, when she says she will come with you to the USCIS interview, she will indeed arrange to meet you there. Most other attorneys they say they meet you but they come up with excuses. Overall, if you have a Simple and straight-forward case, I would recommend to schedule a face to face consultation and see her and staff. If you like her, make sure to work and clear out the side-charges and fees. Then, before she submit the paperwork to USCIS, go and personally check the forms make sure there is no typo there. and lastly, and most importantly, ALWAYS get second opinion and second prices because i'm pretty sure you can find cheaper price with better service. read more

Few years ago my brothers were full of anxiety and felt hopeless with regards to their immigration status. Then they saw Ganjoo law office in the newspaper and they consulted Atty Monica. They disclosed everything and she answered every questions they have with all honesty only to find out that there was nothing to worry about and they were even eligible to apply for US Citizenship. Now, they are living a worry free life as a Citizen of America. Last February of this year I also consulted her for my turn to apply for US citizenship. There was a $50 consultation fee which I think is just fine because I also tried to consult other lawyers for free, looking for lower cost but they just turned me down and did not answer any of my questions. So I finally decided to go to Ganjoo law office as with my brothers. She was very enthusiastic, smart, and nice. She told me everything I needed to know and on the same day of my appointment I applied for US Citizenship, I signed some papers saying that she will be my lawyer. Her paralegals were constantly calling me or reminding me when and where are my upcoming appointments like biometrics, interview and oath ceremony. Before my interview for US Citizenship, she reviewed me and she made me picture hows the real interview will be like. She acted as the interviewer and well, I am the interviewee. On the day of my interview, she was with me by my side. My US citizenship process only took 2 months. Now, I am also an American Citizen now.
