Was told it didn't hurt that bad by the PA and laughed at by her. Also told I had appendicitis by the PA when my rib was popped out. This PA told me to discontinue physical therapy since it didn't seem to be helping even though I had only gone two weeks. Wouldn't approve more physical therapy after I finished the approved sessions. Went a month without it till I could go somewhere else. Now I'm dealing with nerve problems in my hands and arms from it. I would never go to these guys ever again. They don't care or have their shit together. I've had better luck from St. James and St. Vincent's.

I got a second opinion that said it would heal back on its own and I would be fine. 6 months later I'm back to 100% strength and mobility on my previously injured side along with 0 pain. It felt like he was trying to take advantage of me as a young man in pain. On top of this he was condesending and rude. He didn't take the time to explain anything to me or listen to my questions/concerns. I would never recommend seeing Dr Beamer.

I am a VERY active 52 year old who loves action sports like Motocross, Skiing, Mountain Biking, Racquetball to name a few and contrary to my wife's advice, I love testing the limits of what my body is still capable of. I found out Dr. Beamer specialized in orthopedic sports medicine and served as assistant team physician for the San Francisco 49ers and Stanford Athletics and that's all I needed to hear. It only took me 1 month to get back in the Gym and then I was golfing, paddle boarding and snorkeling in Hawaii at month 2. He's a true professional that leaves nothing to chance and everyone I came in contact with at the Hospital said, "owe you have Dr. Beamer, he is incredible." I highly recommend Dr. Beamer!

(His P.A. is more than happy to explain everything anyway) -- i'm more concerned with the quality of the work he does. He did a spinal fusion on me and i felt fine just a few weeks later. He did a really good job (athlete quality) and he and his staff were REALLY flexible in getting me in quickly in what was pretty much emergency circumstances.

Three months out and things are doing great.. my visits with the Doctor are always very informative and I would recommend him highly. In regards to a review I read here... I appreciate Information that is direct and to the point . In reply to a negative post on this format. We seek their help because they are there for one purpose- to determine the issue ad seek a solution not to mollycoddle and sweet talk their clients. The bedside manner was awful and his personality was lacking and totally full of himself. Liked to hear himself talk and interrupted multiple times.He needs to take his big head out of his ass and realize that he needs to show his patients kindness..and either buck up and start acting like a Montana guy..or go back where he came from
