A Truly Exceptional Attorney!! That's exactly what Attorney Joseph B Landy is…read more When I first met Attorney Joseph Landy, I honestly thought he was an orthopedic surgeon. He noticed my scar and, without me telling him anything, correctly identified the exact type of procedure I had undergone twelve years earlier. I looked at him and said, You must be an orthopedic surgeon! His response was, No, I'm an injury attorney." His response left me speechless!! I remember thinking to myself, This is the kind of attorney I need in my corner. At the time, I was already represented by another attorney, but I felt that too much attention was being placed on social media and not enough on the clients who needed representation. Then I met Attorney Landy, and I immediately recognized something different. Attorney Landy is incredibly observant, knowledgeable, persistent, and genuinely committed to his clients. He saw where my previous attorney had failed to pursue the justice I deserved, and he refused to simply accept what had been done. He fought. He kept fighting. And he refused to give up on me. To me, Attorney Landy is like David facing Goliath with nothing but a rock, a slingshot, and unwavering determination.  He doesn't need to be the loudest person in the room. He simply knows what he is doing, he pays attention to the details, and he fights for what is right. Throughout my case, he kept me informed through email and, when necessary, by phone. I was never left feeling forgotten or wondering what was happening. That communication meant so much to me. And here's how much I believe in Attorney Landy: I don't just recommend him, I carry his business cards with me. I've shared my experience with so many people that I now hand his cards out to friends, family, and anyone I meet who is seeking justice. That's how strongly I believe in the representation he provides. Attorney Landy has set a standard for me of what legal representation should look like. He reminded me that having an attorney isn't simply about having someone represent you but moreso about having someone who listens, pays attention, communicates, recognizes when something isn't right, and is willing to stand beside you and fight. I have never met an attorney quite like Attorney Joseph Landy, and I sincerely hope I never need another one.  But if I ever do, I already know exactly who I'll call. Attorney Landy, thank you for sticking with me. Thank you for seeing what others overlooked. Thank you for refusing to give up. Most importantly, thank you for reminding me that there are still attorneys who genuinely care about doing what is right. You didn't just represent me, you set the bar for what I believe an attorney should be. Five stars aren't enough!!!! To others who might be reading while at a crossroad and seeking legal representation, let this be your sign that you're in the right place. I highly recommend you contact Mr. Joseph B. Landy, attorney with Lesser, Landy, Smith & Siegel ‑ Florida Injury Lawyers located at 420 Columbia Drive, Suite 110, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 or call (561) 655‑2028.

Mr. Landy kept us updated on a regular basis and was very responsive to every call made to him no matter how trivial it may have been. He was extremely well prepared and represented my family member very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Landy to anyone who is in need of a great attorney. Above all, we found Mr. Landy to be extremely compassionate and understanding as if he was taking care of his own family member. This kind of compassion is rare and highly commendable. I wish we had more attorneys like him. If any of you need his services, I UNEQUIVOCALLY RECOMMEND MR. LANDY AND HIS FIRM TO HELP YOU OUT!

With so many different attorneys and law firms in the area, it can be really difficult to know who to trust. Fortunately, I ultimately ended up finding Felice Trial Attorneys after deciding to leave another law firm I had originally hired. I'm honestly so glad I made the switch. Dave handled my case, and from the beginning, I felt like I was in good hands. He took care of everything and made what was already a stressful situation so much easier for me. I always felt like he genuinely cared about my case, had my best interests in mind, and was working hard for me. I also want to give a huge thank you to Shari, Caroline, and Audrey. They were all wonderful throughout the entire process. They were always responsive, helpful, and quick to get back to me whenever I had questions or needed an update. That communication made such a difference and made me feel like I was actually being taken care of, not just another client. I'm genuinely so grateful to Dave and everyone at Felice Trial Attorneys for everything they did for me. Looking back, I'm especially thankful that I made the decision to switch firms. If a friend or family member ever found themselves in the same situation, Felice Trial Attorneys would absolutely be the first firm I would recommend. I truly feel like I made the right choice having them in my corner.

That means Mr. Schwartz has more experience and knowledge than attorneys that are not board certified. We could not ask for a more competent responsive attorney. In writing this story I am a retired nurse practitioner and workers compensation nurse with over 50 years' experience, so I know how the Florida workers compensation works. The employers' workers compensation insurance carrier is hired not necessarily to help the injured worker by to minimize the treatment costs and obtain an early release from care based on cost savings. Some insurance companies work with physicians who will minimize care for injured workers because these physicians feel some injured workers are exaggerating their symptoms and it is a quick way to make money. These physicians should be ashamed of themselves as we have met plenty of them. This is the story about how and why we found and hired Mr. Kenneth Schwartz. Without Mr. Schwartz the injured worker would either be wheelchair bound or possibly would have died. A close relative suffered two work related injuries, August 1999 spine injury from a holdup and March 2021 hand and neck injury after 33 years at the same trucking company. The injured worker suffered low back pain since 1999. The insurance carrier sent the injured worker to their so-called pain management physician who had no certification on record for pain management or physiatry who provided epidural injections that eventually caused spinal stenosis. March 2021 the injured worker suffered a cervical neck herniation with extrusion in addition to a hand injury that caused severe unrelenting swelling and pain. The insurance carrier chose an orthopedic spine surgeon who prescribed physical therapy then discharge the injured worker. The insurance carrier chose a hand surgeon who minimized care discharging the injured worker after completion of hand therapy even though the hand was severely swollen and painful. Due to ongoing neck pain that radiated to the hand the physician ordered a neurological consult that the insurance carrier denied. Despite low back pain, difficulty walking, neck pain and hand pain the injured worker was released to work July 2021 the same time Mr. Schwartz was hired. Mr. Schwartz observed the swollen painful hand requested a second opinion hand surgeon who provided conservative treatment. December 2021 the neck and hand were reinjured rendering the injured worker out of work. Mr. Schwartz made sure workers comp payments were made to the injured worker. Mr. Schwartz made a plan for a second opinion addressing all the problems that caused the insurance company to take responsibility for the injuries. Due to Mr. Schwartz the hand surgeon performed carpal tunnel release surgery that relieved the severe pain. What a blessing the hand surgeon did the proper treatment. The low back pain became so intense the injured worker lost the ability to walk and became wheelchair bound. The insurance carrier pain physician performed an MRI that revealed the spinal fluid could not reach the lower spine telling the injured worker he needed to lose weight. Mr. Schwartz agreed the injured worker should be seen for a second opinion at University of Miami Neurosurgery who diagnosed cauda equina and recommended surgery. Mr. Schwartz played an integral part in getting the insurance carrier to cover the spine surgery, rehabilitation with physiatry. The injured worker continues to have low back pain with little relief, walks short distances but requires a walker for longer distances. The insurance carrier chose their pain management physician for low back pain who prescribes minimal medication for round the clock pain instead of a physiatrist. Mr. Schwartz has suggested settling the case in order to obtain proper care from a physiatrist who knows how to treat the long-term pain and treatment caused by cauda equina. Again, the insurance carrier has failed the injured worker by not approving a physiatrist. From day one Mr. Schwartz has been available twenty-four seven within minutes. Mr. Schwartz is never too busy to have a conversation or help in any way. Mr. Schwartz thrives on a challenge and gets to the end goal. Mr. Schwartz has back-up plans to his back-up plans. Mr. Schwartz explains the pros and cons of a situation, is not paternalistic or condescending. Mr. Schwartz explains in plain language for the injured work to understand. Mr. Schwartz listens and explains the rationale of a situation or process. Any time the injured worker needed something be it equipment or treatment, Mr. Schwartz has been the advocate, is workers comp gold standard attorney and is the one to choose. We cannot say more good things about Mr. Schwartz except thank you for accepting to represent the injured worker.
