TK Maxx to the rescue! It's just like TJ Maxx in the US but with one giant exception - the amount of people working there! Not just working, but actually eager to help, friendly and going out of their way to make sure you find what you need. Case in point: I had two young employees helping me find the luggage department and then helping me find the right luggage followed by finding out the price on the one that was missing a tag. It was almost like having a personal shopper.

UK customer service are liars and frauds, claim that they sent me emails but they didn't. They are hiding from payments for damages for 2 months now. Made us run in circles to get 2 quotes for pest control, we provided 4, but they refused to pay for remediation regardless. Wasted our time and money. Stringing us along for months. Their managers are useless at their job. Crooks and liars who deserve to be sued. BEWARE. DISHONEST BUSINESS. WILL BE REPORTED EVERYWHERE.

The store itself is quite cool - menswear is on the bottom floor and women's and kids upstairs. The layout is quite simple and the décor is clean and simple. I remember thinking that it was quite cool in their too - temperature wise that is, as the rest of the shopping centre can be quite stuffy. I love their clothes, so I was delighted they brought the store to Dundrum. They're really simple and very reasonable. I will definitely be going to have a little spend there sometime soon.

If I need a tank top in a specific color, for example, I immediately head to H&M because I know they'll have what I need in the color I desire (and in every color of the rainbow) and it will be cheap as dirt. The one on Henry Street stocks different clothes than the one in my hometown of Montreal. One major difference is that Henry Street sells makeup. Really cheap makeup that looks good but isn't the best quality. A nail polish from here will come in all the trendy colours but it will chip after 2 or 3 days of wear. I guess you get what you pay for. Another thing about H & M is that it has great accessories. There's a whole section of hats, scarves, bags, and jewellery in the back of the top floor. In the past, I bought some great looking purses from here. The girls are definitely more spoiled than the guys. The men don't have as much to choose from. The stuff for men is mostly t-shirts and hoodies. In my opinion, H & M is a great place to do budget shopping. Walk in with 40 Euro and walk out with a bag full of cool clothes.

In Florida I might be able to wear this for one week out of the year, but it was cool looking for a great price. They had a good inventory of throw back rock and roll t-shirts, including a bunch of spiked punk rocker wrist bands, choker chains and studded belts. This shop was like a trip back through time.
