I was at this location on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at around 2pm. There were three associates…read moreat the store, two male and one female. There was only one other customer in there besides me. I was walking towards the back where the female associate was arranging/fixing the merchandise. After a few minutes browsing, I walked up to the female associate to ask her a question and she said "give me a few seconds" without even acknowledging me. When one of the male associate's noticed her hostile attitude towards me, he was quick to answer my question. A few minutes later, I found the merchandise that I wanted to try on but I needed to go to the fitting room, the female associate was standing a few steps away from me and did not even acknowledge that I was waiting for the fitting room and she stood right by me knowing that I needed to get into the fitting room. I asked her if she could please open the door and she said "Hold on" which is never the right answer to tell a customer to "hold on". After I was done, I came out and I had a few more questions but she purposely did not acknowledge me nor helped me out. I had to get her attention but asking her "Excuse me, can you please tell me where your sale products are located". The same male associate again noticed her hostility and came and helped me, answered my questions, and let me back in the fitting room and when I came out of the fitting room he was able to check me out and on the receipt said that I was checked out by Desiree and the receipt number was 78883. I'm assuming the male associate used the female associate's number since she was supposed to be at the register helping instead of being on the floor. I am a regular shopper at your various locations and I have never been treated with such hostility by any of your employees than I was by this female employee. I'd like to praise the male employee that noticed his co-worker's hostility towards me and took action by correcting it. Employees like her need to have professionalism towards their customers. I have never seen her there before and I cannot understand why she was acting the way she was towards me. I was trying to submit my feedback about this visit on survey.medallia.com/truereligion which was printed on the receipt but I couldn't find the website anywhere so this is the only other place where I can submit my feedback about this visit.

But I also enjoy a milky banana or sunshine yellow. There was plenty. I only shopped at a few stores today as hubby was working so it was easy for me to be in and out. He takes a little more time with his selections than I do. There is a really nice coffee shop that opened up in the place of Starbucks. Right next door is a macaroon shop. You can always buy mangoes, ice cream and churros. Grabbed a few items for upcoming birthday surprises and headed on my way.

Also, every time I have gone here, they have given me a coupon to use at a future date which I give to the mommy's to be. The one thing I do not like about Carters is that they charge you an extra $1 a box. I would rather pick up a cute bag somewhere then pay for a box... that is just weird to me.
