The men's polos had stiff fabric. Not very comfortable. There were 2 guys by the registers trying on random things and taking photos of themselves. Good selection and staff were nice. They did have lots of sales which had various items to choose from.

It is one of places that we usually like to visit when we visit the mall since they have a nice selection of clothes. The clothes that they have on display is a hit or miss situation on the clothes that you want to buy. Good enough variety for most people. I would only suggest to visit the store if there is no line outside. For some reason, they are have a very low limit allowing people into the the store. When I glance into the store, it seems that they only 10 shoppers inside at a time. Most people are spaced already. I am not sure of the count of people, but there is more people waiting in line to buy than even shoppers walking around. It's probably best to get inside, preview the items that you want, and leave soon so that others can get a chance to shop. Tommy Hilfiger is one of the best places I have ever visited. They have a wonderful environment and wonderful customer service. Tommy is one of the best brands I have used to wear high quality material and a very unique design. This store especially has a lot of different designs. There are plenty of great clothes for everyone and the sales are amazing. I always find great customer service at all their shops. I love all the Tommy Hilfiger Shops. I went to this store many times but didn't have a chance to share my review. I am not big fan of brand name and don't care much for it. The store was well organized and friendly staffs. However, their price range was much higher than Banana Republic. I would rather go to Banana Republic than this store. read more

My husband has good luck at this Tommy Hilfiger store with casual wardrobe staples like khakis, polo shirts and sweaters. The polos hold up very, very well and don't stretch out of shape even after years of washing and drying unlike some other brands he's tried. We always stop here if he needs to update his wardrobe. The luck doesn't hold for me because I'm a petite and this store carries no petite-sized clothes. Occasionally I'll find a pair of shorts. Don't expect to find bargain basement prices except on clearance racks. These are not seconds and I'm guessing the majority of the merchandise comes straight from the factory to the store. However, the prices will be better than you'll find in a department store at the local mall. This store is often (always?) crowded but usually adequately staffed to handle it. Employees refold & restore merchandise displays as fast as the hoards of bargain shoppers dismantle them. There are usually only brief delays, if any, at the checkout. There are longer delays for dressing rooms. They could use four or five more dressing rooms. They also sell children's clothing and a few accessories. I give four stars instead of five because of the need for more dressing rooms and because there are no petite clothes for me. read more

After being treated very rudely by a male store associate and then lied to on the phone about a manager not being there, I called the customer service number. We are not only getting an exchange for the defective jeans, they are sending us a gift certificate because of the way we were treated. Although the associates were rude, customer service was exceptional! When you have a customer service department that stands behind their products and treats their customers with respect, I will continue to shop at the Tommy store. Very impressed! read more
