Matt was always quick to respond to my many questions (and changes!) and made the whole process so much less stressful. Brian, our foreman, was truly amazing. Since we live three hours away, we had to put a lot of trust in him--and he completely delivered. He sent us updates and photos every night and kept in constant communication with us. He was patient when we needed time to make decisions and always gave helpful, honest advice when we needed it. He's incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of home renovation and we felt like he was always keeping our best interests at heart throughout the renovation. He really went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. At our final walkthrough, he had already caught and planned to address things we hadn't even noticed. Jeremy also did an incredible job with the kitchen tilework (among many other things)--it turned out beautifully. He was always helpful and stepped in anytime Brian wasn't available, which we really appreciated. Overall, MAST was a dream to work with. These folks installed finger joint wood and with no insullation. the reason why I know this is I just had the doors fixed again, by a reputable carpenter and he was shocked by what was done. The good news is they will now be done right with PVC and the better news is I refused this company to finish the job as the wood they installed started cracking the next day. They did drop by with Bondo. Buyer beware. See photos. This why the doors leaked. Spray insullation as well, Nothing I asked for was what I was provided. Shabby all around.
