He had asked if we preferred certain other professionals involved in the process, i.e. plumber; electrician; painter that we preferred. We loved our electrician from Royal Plus and painters who had done our cathedral ceiling, so that was left out of the bid. We selected tiles and vanity, picked out fixtures from Elegant Designs, and he arranged the installation of all that as well as the glass shower inclosure. Once we knew what we wanted, from gutting the bathroom to installation, it was a 2 week process (glass doors got hung up). We are happy campers, and will do business with them if the need arises.

I was driving down the road when a dump truck of theirs pulled out onto the highway and was spewing…read morerocks all over. One rock hit my windshield right in the center and chipped my windshield. The next day I called the company to tell them this and see if they would pay for any repair if needed. I was told by a receptionist that this person would call me back that day. Well, guess what? No one called me back. Since then I have called two more times and left messages and no one has called me back. I was prepared to get estimate for repair, file police report and then file suit in small claims court. But before I did all this, I went to get the chip looked at and was determined that it didn't need anything done and would be fine since is very small. Therefore I am not going to pursue any further. I am just disappointed that this company reinforces that very bad reputation that most contractors and builders have. I only wanted them to stand up and acknowledge the situation and be willing to take care of it, but they didn't and wouldn't. I will never forget them and what they are about....

One time I was delivering pizzas and had tried a few times to enter an apartment complex in Salisbury during a few different times of the day. Each time I found different entrances blocked off, during my last run I tried to enter one of the entrances and found it blocked off, this led to a verbal altercation between me and one of their employees. I turned my car around and drove to the next entrance, when I pulled in I saw the man walking toward my car with a piece of scrap-wood, I stopped my car and he kept walking toward me. Once he got to my car he hit my car with the wood and reached in my car and flipped my hat off my head, sticking his disgusting fingers in my nose and mouth while doing so. I spoke to a police officer who said since he didn't see anything he couldn't do anything unless I had a witness. When I called and spoke to the supervisor the next day he informed me that all of the men on the team were acting as witnesses for him saying that I was trying to run him over with my vehicle which was completely untrue. I am guilty of losing my temper and yelling at him but I am not guilty of attempted manslaughter, he on the other hand was guilty of attempted assault and all of his co workers are despicable as well for backing up his hacked story. Their defense was that I should take it easy since they had been working all day; so had I, at the time I had three jobs and went to school full time. I am disgusted that this company can get away with such disgraceful actions and even more disgusted that I couldn't do anything to get justice.
