Garage Door Man With A Plan completed a significant amount of work across my properties, and the initial service was completed as expected. The issue came when warranty support was needed. The company refused to honor the warranty, claimed the garage door had been touched by someone else, and was unprofessional in communication with my management company. I am now replacing items that should be covered under the original warranty. Use caution when considering this company, as they did not stand behind their warranty. read more
