He had multiple colors to choose from that abled us to pick a perfect match to the house. We were able to schedule the work within days and the installation went smooth and everything was clean when the project was finished. Even new weatherstripping was installed that had better coverage than what had been done by the original house builder. New track and insulated garage door sounds way quieter than the one that was removed and I can already tell a difference in the garage Temperature is benefiting from the insulated panels. Initially, I had same day responses from some other companies. One company offered to stop by Friday between five and seven so I said OK but then they called to cancel. Keith did a great job handling our garage door issue. We have an older door that used a single long spring, which isn't a commonly stocked item. Instead of delaying the repair, he came up with a smart solution using two shorter springs to properly match the weight and size of the door. While on-site, he also took the time to inspect the opener and noticed the gear/sprocket was very worn. He showed me the part, and you could clearly see the shaft was elongating the housing/bearing where it rotates.
