Trey and Zakon arrived on the scheduled day and placed protective covering on furniture, carpet, and taped off window and door frames. They were meticulous with edging around crown molding, and baseboards. The rooms look wonderful with their new color! They did a wonderful job of cleaning up when the project was done. The crew was amazing and very efficient, they made putting on a roof look like art and very easy. (I know it's not easy) I uploaded the before and after pictures to show how amazing of a job they did. Not only did the roof look great, but they did just as good of a job cleaning up after them selves. Even after a 12+ hour day the crew still stayed to make sure all trash/nails/debris was all picked up. I couldn't be happier with the way it looks. After the storms ripped through the county this past Thursday 05-26-11, I only had power to half the house. The rest was very low voltage. Called Tracy as I had already had work done by them several years ago and was happy with what they had done at that time. So gave them a call again with this problem. They showed up took a look at the transformer hanging on the poll across the road saw that it was a little black and told us that we had a tranformer problem and would have to call Norris Electric. Turns out that wasnt even the problem. Today 05-28-11 got a bill for 1 hour labor and truck charge. Talk about shady buisness practicies!
