Ordered a set of four tires from PMC. This was my second time ordering tires from them. The price…read moreof the set of tires went down approximately $50 three days after ordering. The tires had shipped, but had not yet been delivered. Called PMC's customer service and asked for a price adjustment. I thought this would have been simple since they advertise a "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee". PMC refused to honour the lesser price, citing the order had already been shipped. I am not satisfied, and their "satisfaction guarantee" is clearly just a worthless statement. Their choice to nickel-and-dime has caused them to lose a repeat customer.
