As the homeowner I was riddled with anxiety over the tree removal process. Would my driveway crack from the weight of a crane, or if placed on the yard would the crane dangerously compact the soil, threaten the water and sewer lines? And so many more questions. The lead arborist Mike was fantastic. During our first appointment he patiently explained the tree removal process clearly, and responded to subsequent texts from this "Nervous Nellie." On June 18, Mike directed the crew of professionals who worked so methodically using the giant equipment that I was fascinated. In about two and half hours the tree was taken down section by section and some lowered into the chipper truck while huge logs were stacked--to be taken away that morning. When they were done, my lawn was raked, leaf blown, drive way raked and swept. What an amazing team! Beforehand I had gotten 3 other estimates and Boot Road provided the best price but more importantly, the BEST SERVICE imaginable!
