Our pump burned out in January of 2024. I had it replaced by Pro Septic ($775) and was told it had…read morea two year warranty on it. Fast forward to December of 2024. Same thing happened. When I asked about the warranty, they said it is my fault as I overloaded the pump. So, another $1000! We are a household of 8 (have been for 3 years) and pump once to twice a year. How is that not covered? So, buyer beware. When they fix it, they do it well, but their "fine print" on the parts is not clear and they will leave you on the hook claiming it to be your fault. Please insist on a written and not just a verbal warranty.
