When I asked about the warranty, they said it is my fault as I overloaded the pump. So, another $1000! We are a household of 8 (have been for 3 years) and pump once to twice a year. How is that not covered? So, buyer beware. When they fix it, they do it well, but their "fine print" on the parts is not clear and they will leave you on the hook claiming it to be your fault.
