With that being said, I finally made a visit here Sunday late afternoon on a whim. I started outside before heading inside to see all the other plants and things. Quite the selection inside and outside. I purchased my first hanging basket ever. I'm such a flower person and the hanging basket I got was so pretty. Inside has many different things from bird feeders to nick knacks to pots and candles and many different types of plants. It's well set up and I witnessed staff answering customers questions and offering their assistance. Cost wise I would say everything is fairly priced and some of the plants are so unique that it's a given you need to pay for something like that. Staff I engaged with were nice. Parking is street parking but there's plenty so not stressful. When it's time for me to look for a plant, I'll have to come back.

They did a decent job on that so i expanded the scope and had them do three more gardens. They were to pull out all weeds, and put down weed suppression mats. It looked great and clean until this spring when their shoddy work was exposed. Weeds coming up everywhere. John, the face of the company, is a nice guy but he made lots of promises he's since broken. They made a huge mistake and ripped out HALF of a huge established perennial garden. TERRIBLE. They said they'd reimburse me for replacement plants and plant them. They did but literally NOT ONE came back this spring. I've never had this issue with plants i install. Last month i had to contact John 4 times before he responded. He assured me they'd make it right but has since ghosted me. I feel very deceived. We paid lots of money and have little to show for it. Half the reason i hired them was because they were a scrappy start-up, John seemed trustworthy and i wanted to support them. Never again.
