One day I called from a different number and got through so I got to talk to Bob. He said to call back in 2 month and that he would give me my deposit back. Tried calling and back to ground 1 where they keep blocking my calls. Oh and the lady also told my mom that it wasn't her fault COVID happened. Well it isn't my fault either and I was never told it was non refundable so I feel it is only fair I get my deposit back. They even had a flier advertising brisket with seasoned fries and beans. Got to the front of the line, and they said they had no brisket. I missed half the first set. This is the second time that's happened to me, and the last time I bother with them. It's a shame I have to even give them one star.
