Had us waiting weeks for a (special) team to take care of the 2-3 small spots just for them to take basically 10 min to finish which cost 9k without us knowing. They found rot in the wood behind a cabinet a didn't think to look up a see that the rot was coming from a bathtub leak. Instead they assumed it was flood damaged and ripped up our entire kitchen and main level for NO REASON. Ending payout was close to 45k. Now because of them we don't have enough coverage to finish rebuilding our house. In my opinion no way they did 45k amount of work. I wouldn't trust them at all. They so left me with a 1000 dollar comed bill. I think their quotes are BS and no matter what the estimate is they will charge the max. Another scam company trying to make easy money off insurance companies. I don't they are honest. Also the (absestos) team weren't wearing any gear and respirator mask.
