On 8/21/2026, Feazel Roofing of the New Albany, Ohio office gave me a great quality roof, at a…read moregreat price, and had it installed by an expert crew----all of it more than met my highest expectations and my highest hopes! Dave Norris was my contracting rep. He went through everything, in detail, right down to the ringed-shank nails to be used. Our contract detailed the materials to be used --it left out nothing-- and I double-checked exactly what was delivered to my home. I cannot say enough good things about Dave Norris's honesty, professionalism, and work ethic and also about Eric Isakov, Project Manager; Drew, Production Head; and especially about Angel, Crew Foreman and his very hard-working, efficient crew. They started at 6:45 AM by completely tarping and netting my landscape and AC unit and finished w a thorough clean-up around 2:00 PM. Are you sitting down? I got a class 4 shingle roofing system for the class 3 price. The price had it been for a class 3 is an excellent price (I had 5 other proposals from highly-reputable companies to compare it to), but as a class 4 price, it is unbeatable and totally amazing! Just so you are aware: I had read one-star reviews and complaints on Feazel so I checked further and found out that those reviews/complaints were mostly --maybe all-- for Feazel companies outside of Ohio, and their sub-contractors do not work for Feazel in New Albany, Ohio. Even so, the complaints were dealt with in a manner that enabled Feazel to retain an A+ rating, but in the meantime, those reviews/complaints cast what seems to be to me an unfair shadow over the work Feazel does in central Ohio: I and other central Ohio users and reviewers of Feazel are the evidence of Feazel's excellent work, materials, and professionalism here. I am grateful to and highly recommend Feazel Roofing in Ohio, and Dave Norris is the best!

Overall, I am very happy with the result of my project that included roofing, siding, and gutters…read more It was a big project with lots of moving parts and a few hiccups along the way. First may I say that I was totally impressed with the young gentleman McKenzie C. as my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant to chat with as we worked out the type, color, and other particulars of the work to be done and he was very helpful during the hiccups (more later). He also was the only rep of the 7 companies I interviewed that bothered to check inside the attic for any damage. McKenzie's in office counterpart Jessica A. was also very pleasant, helpful, and calm during the "hiccups". All three sub-contractors performed professionally and did a good job. As to the hiccups, there were 2-3 issues that based upon my previous background are the result of lacking required staffing levels, quality assurance, scheduling processes, and of course the most common of all communication. These hiccups resulted in delays in the materials to finish jobs, movement in the sub-contractors' scheduling, and discussions with me. My recommendation is you get any proposed schedules and any verbal agreements in writing to save yourself any aggravation. Bottom line: I am pleased with the finished product; my house looks great! I recommend them.
