I was given a voicemail the following morning, telling me there was no need for any contact, fine. That he would drive by and visually decide what the cost would be of that which I asked. I asked for a couple of simple things = cut back the foliage from the street side of my home. And after, depending on the cost how much it would cost to remove 2 plants (one on either side of my driveway). I called him a day later, thinking I would be hearing from him, and didn't want to miss said call. Gave him my email address so he could just shoot me the estimate.. well, no call and no email. No reason, nor excuse. I've seen his vehicle drive by my home for the past 4 years, though I never called. I always took care of things myself. This past year I was recovering from an injury which changed all that. Now I'm playing catch up and thought to keep business 'mom n pops shop type around here. I prefer to support, the smaller companies any time possible. I obviously chose the wrong one. I'd suggest, anyone stopping here, keep it moving.
