I hate to do this. I really hate to change my rating for this company, but I have to. They did a…read morefairly large project for us involving several thousands of dollars. The Good: Very professional, friendly, and the owner has an artistic eye that is absolutely exquisite. The work they did was very well done, and communication was great until..... The Bad: 1 year later, and we have found that many of the plants they planted won't grow here! We lost over 40 small plants, and it looks like we are in the process of losing some larger palm trees that they planted because these plants are not cold hardy enough for our area. Also, I specifically requested that nothing invasive be planted. Equesitum (horsetail) was planted, and a year later is starting to take over large areas and choke out other plants. The worst part is that there has been no follow up to this. My calls have been mostly avoided. Some of my emails were responded to, but then the communication just ceased, and now they are not responding at all. We have spent several hundred dollars replacing plants that have died, and are faced now with even more expensive removal of an invasive plant and possibly even some large trees. As I said, I hate to write this, because I really believe these are good people. But I think they made some big mistakes with our project and now they are not owning up to them.
