What was delivered was the basic arrangement, with 12 blooms, and not even well arranged. It looks like twelve tulips from the flower distributor, thrown into a vase. They do charge a delivery fee of $15 and an 'online convenience fee' of $3.99 (I feel this is absurd. I work in retail, small business located in Hawaii and we never charge extra fees for online). At any rate, I paid the extra fees and placed my order. When my friend received her bouquet, she sent me a photo. It was gorgeous and she said it smelled amazing. There was a good mix of open flowers and some getting ready to bloom. Did I like the extra fees? Nope. I would like to comment on Kristen J's experiance and just want to say that I have overheard rude and demanding customers treat these employee's like crap and think they are better then everyone else. I believe I was shopping when Kristin was and she was with her sister in-law, Kristins husband was so embarrased by his wife he went and sat in the car. The owner had just lost her husband during surgery and father in-law had passed away 2 months later. I will shop their as long as I can and send all my friends.

It was recommended to us that we go to Greenacres Nursery and in early spring. We did, selected a tree and they in a timely manner came out and planted it in our front yard. We babied the tree watering it regularly and despite our care, it went dormant very early and parts seem to die. A Greenacres representative came out, looked at the tree and true to their word, assisted us the following week to find a replacement at their nursery in Otis Orchards. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is interested in dealing with an organization that stands by their products and stands by their word.
