They created custom shirts for my husband's 40th, and went all out for my son's Lunar New Year birthday with personalized signage, labels, posters, bar signs, and even custom stickers for the big inflatable jumper. Most recently, I used them for a large work event, and I was honestly blown away by how much they've expanded. They now offer everything from custom invitations and PR boxes to full event support, and everything was executed flawlessly. What really stands out is the team. You can tell the owner truly cares about her employees, and it shows in the service. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in getting things right. Vanna was my event coordinator, and she was on top of every single detail from start to finish. Her energy never dropped, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and is completely in her element when it comes to the creative side. That's my kind of person! She even put together an Instagram reel for us to capture all the highlights from the night, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every time I've worked with them, they've exceeded expectations. Ignacio was more than eager to take my money for the initial order, where now I'm being outright ignored when I'm due money back. At about 12:30 PM I overheard the bride talking about how she had just received the design for the seating arrangements that day... for the wedding happening tomorrow morning. Naturally, as the best man, I volunteered to get them printed. I started calling print shops nearby and after a couple dead ends, my third call connected me with The Printing Train. From the moment they answered the phone, they were incredibly positive and helpful. Since the request was a bit unusual and very last minute, they actually walked me through the order while we were still on the phone to make sure everything could get processed in time. They told me they could have it done by the end of the day, which already felt like a miracle. I showed up a little close to closing to pick up the prints and realized the final product wasn't exactly to the specifications the bride had asked for. Honestly, I take responsibility for that because I probably didn't communicate everything clearly while I was in full stress mode. Here's where they truly went above and beyond. Instead of turning me away or telling me it was too late, they immediately offered to reprint everything on the spot and make sure it was done correctly. No hesitation. Just kindness and problem solving. In a moment where I was completely stressed trying to help make someone's wedding day perfect, their help genuinely restored my faith in humanity.
