The most TERRIBLE experience ever. Came in for a letterman sweater to be heat pressed. Spoke to Jaime . Came in 2 days in a row to work on design with him. Was told to pick up Following day at 2pm. I walk in at 4:25 (the next day) and my sweater still has not been worked on . I needed it for my daughters senior portraits. Jaime the employee told me Heather the owner asked him to stop and she put a hault. Je does whatever she asks. He can't give me a reason why. I NEVER received an email, a phone call, or a text from anyone telling me my sweater was not touched .Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Pass it on. Word of mouth and social media. Not reliable. She promised work done by next day and when I called she said it was not ready yet and then I went back on the third day and she said it was ready. She had originally said she'd call me ( she didn't ) the price was a little high for the work they did. Also, when I went back I saw they did have gold thread. I had no problems with the customer service, they were actually extremely polite with me. However, having been in the graphic design industry myself, I know that even the smallest details are EVERYTHING. I really wish I had checked with Yelp before going with them. Granted, we needed a rush job for a charity 5k walk we were doing that weekend and we came to them on Wednesday of that week, but it was an order for 10 white t-shirts with a simple logo and 1 line of text. This should have been a slam dunk. Here's the story: I emailed them with what I needed, very clearly stated. I've been in graphic design and I know that I have to be explicit with what I want or else I end up with something messed up. We exchanged several emails because the logo needed to be re-sized and put into different formats, no big deal. Anyway, the shirts were scheduled to be done by Friday afternoon, and I get an email that morning with the final layout of the logo, but the text is missing. I email back and ask where the text is, and get the response that they didn't know about this, but they'll take care of it. Big red flag. I send them the text 1 more time, just to make sure that they get it right. So, I show up at the pickup time and check out the shirts, they seem ok, but there's a glaring typo/grammar error in the text. FML. We needed the shirts the next morning and they were about to close. I did the math in my head and figured I'd take the loss and just Sharpie in the correction rather than risk them messing it up again. I can understand if English isn't a first language, but if the text is given to you several times, in quotes even, chances are you should get it right. One letter off can F up everything! $15/shirt with the quality of printing we got was waaaay too much, as well. The designs were pretty much ironed on. I've worked with companies in the past that have done far better work for almost half that price. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for our t-shirt needs in the future. read more

i went to this location when i was in my sophomore year of high school and i wanted them to write the name of a company on a sweatshirt embroidered on the front and screen printed on the back. it was a one color process with the screen printing and the embroidery was 8 letters. they messed up the capitalization on the embroidery (which made it say something different)and the screen printing was done too thin. (which caused it to crack in the wash very quickly) all of this happened and it wasn't very cheap. not only that, but when i ordered the shirts the Oriental owner was very rude to me. from my experience; i would not go there again, and i would suggest that others go elsewhere if they want a quality job done at a better price. read more

the nice lady hooked me & my cousin up with a good deal & expressed the right care when we were worried we couldn't get our grad stoles embroidered last minute in a few days just when another high school requested to get hundreds embroidered also. however... when my cousin talked to the man over phone & in store the stoles weren't brought to his awareness? so we told him the lady said it'd be done THAT day. after much stress later, he embroidered them in couple hours that same day & we got em & they looked perfect. the only issue i had personally was when i opened the plastic bag... i touched a band aid & didnt even put my stole back in the bag. so i got a good deal in the end but that day was frustrating read more

I've had a few shirts made here. Always professional and down in a timely manner. They were very reasonably priced the first two times I went in as well. The last time I got two children shirts made with printing on the front and back and it was $46 which I thought was way too much. We needed matching shirts for my kids for a 5 mile run my husband had so I paid with further research. The shirts were nice but way too much.
