I had migraine shots today ,5/1/2026 from Dr. Strzepka, first time with this guy, never again, rude…read moreas hell, and was not considerate of the fact I told him 3 times he kept dripping in my eyes, and then proceeded to tell me he didnt see anything it was dry, kept soaking me with Alcohol which their good at doing, i couldnt even breath , starting tasting the alcohol, as the 2 assistants in the room thought it was funny, i could hear them laughing and standing there doing nothing, then ask if i wanted an alcohol pad to wipe it, i said no thanks, i'll go in the bathroom and wipe it myself, I came out and my husband thought I'D washed my hair it was so wet, not to mention my eye hurt all evening and had to keep washing it out, needless to say I had such a headache all night, I was so upset, never again , this is the worst place for pain management , ive been going hear for quite awhile and have had nothing but stress dealing with them, my shots are through workmens comp, i really dont think they like dealing with workmens comp , it took them 8 months to get shots approved , i got nothing but the run around about them , he claims his staff is knowledgeable , their not , their very immature and judge their patients, its very unfriendly and un comfortable, i will be looking for a real DR. TO GO TO! Dont go hear they do not care about your pain, and are very unfriendly!

Front staff is excellent and friendly. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to get seen for an appointment. The facility is new and clean. Blood work can be done one floor below! A good example: Called Wednesday afternoon feeling sick expecting to make an appointment Thursday or Friday. Got an appointment for 6pm (!) in and out by 6:20, had meds by 6:30 at the pharmacy. Called today with a followup issue, spoke with the triage nurse within an hour. Got a text message a half hour later that new meds were waiting for pickup, even before she called back to tell me they had put the prescription in. These people are golden.

I was put on meds less than a year ago for anxiety and tried to fill it at the end of January. Apparently it was a day too soon, so the script got denied, okay fine. So I am now calling back and forth between CVS and this office trying to figure it out. Not only did every person in this office (BOTH nurses and P.A's AND front office staff) gave me the run around and were COMPLETLEY disrespectful. I called my meds in on a Friday, and called every day the following week.. literally Mon, Tues, Wed, Turs. with NO response as to why I dont have my meds. Frustrated I went in for an apointment knowing we would get it all straightend out. Saw my PA and she said she will call in my meds. Left the office that Friday at 2pm- called CVS at 4:45PM and my doctor has LEFT for the day, WITHOUT FILLING MY SCRIPT. I am now going on day TEN with ZERO meds, and not so much as a call from ONE person working in that office. They are incredibly rude, not understanding, and just unprofessional. I will 100% be going to a different doctors office after this miserable and UNACCEPTABLE two week mix up.
