Works with my schedule and always get some release from treatment. specifically go in for the therapy on neck i get an alignment . Has referred some great gels and more , sells in her office . Has nice supply of larger gel icepacks which are great as well as homeopathic suppliments for your needs. read more

I was visiting key largo for my wives baby moon. On our trip I was having a difficult time enjoying the trip with major neck pain , headaches , dizziness. I was on vacation in FL, and for 6 months previous to my trip, had been having a chronic sciatic issue. After a horrible flight, I felt like a pretzel when I got there and my vacation and my diving were in jeopardy. I had a wonderful experience at Garrett. The Dr spent about 15 minutes asking me questions, then did some electric stimulation to relax the muscles in my back, then great adjustments on my upper, lower back and neck. Well, it happened. On vacation and tug my lower back out to the point of painful walking and barely moving let alone breathing. Two days to go until we leave on the airplane. Looked up Dr. Garrett, made an appointment and went in as it was only 6 miles from where we were staying on Islamorada. Instant analysis, easy going personality, friendly, and in two appointments got me to at least able to walk albeit slowly and lessened the pain substanially in my lower back. Keep in mind this was a condition I got myself in four days prior. Should have gone in earlier. Would definitly recommend Dr. Garrett for anyone who is in the Key Largo area and in need of relief from "Vacation overindulgence!". Dr. Garrett is FANTASTIC! I was visiting my brother in the Keys and had been suffering from severe lower back pain. Luckily, my sister in law referred me to Dr. Garrett and she was able to get me in on short notice. Her office was clean and equiped with the latest equipment. We were leaving our house in Cape Coral, when my Husband pulled his back out by picking up our 6-pack cooler. We had reservations in Tavernier for our vacation. - [ ] The Garrett wellness center seemed like a lovely place although I had a very bad experience with one of the practitioners Chuck Fitzpatrick. I went to him for several years of body work and counseling. At some point I started seeing a different healer which caused Chuck to become disgruntled and possessive. When I stopped seeing him altogether he attacked the credibility of my new body worker and also attacked my character directly to the clients i sent to him. He also violated client patient confidentiality and shares what other patents are processing. If not forewarned, this could become quite traumatic for a person who thinks they are receiving authentic support and healing. read more

Dr Garrett has her heart in the right place. She might be the only Chiropractor in the upper keys that doesn't overcharge for the first visit and exam, others charge up to $250.00! I first went to Dr Garrett because she also has ultrasound, electric stimulation, and acupuncture for my tendonitis, but her adjustments are great and the massage therapists are wonderful too! read more
