As part of another doctor's efforts to chase down the cause of my constant headaches I was sent here for an eye exam. The exam is very thorough and the eye pressure test here is done by pushing on your eyeballs with a tool that resembles an ink pen. I've had a pressure test performed at another office and they shot blasts of air into my eyes to measure pressure. It was a very unpleasant experience. Well, both methods are uncomfortable, but if I had to choose a preferred method, it'd be the pen-like tool. Dr. Garrett is friendly and professional. She explains as she goes along so you can relax a bit more. The desk help is always smiling and helpful. There is an in-house eyeglass frame station with people willing to help you decide. In my case I didn't need glasses, but if you want custom sunglasses they will hook you up with that also. read more

They will not give me I eye prescription. When I call and ask about my eye prescription, they said it was 3 years old. and when I ask about Ms Garrett, the man I was talk said there was not a Ms Garrett there, There was a DOCTOR Garrett, iam kinda a old fashion and away address a lady as Ms. Guess I was wrong!!!!!!!! I understand I can NOT use the prescription, that's not the point, I wanted my prescription. I will ask a attorney if I can get my prescription. Anyway this person was very unprofessional. read more
