I decided…read moreto treat myself and take advantage of the October special and get my eyebrows done first, and lip color and eyeliner next, and was so excited! When I arrived, she explained the procedure and aftercare , including her policy of no refunds on deposits upon cancellation. Taylor also said that if I wasn't pleased with the color or any other reason, she would do a touch up or tweek it. She suggested 2 different shades of brown, and we both agreed on the lighter brown. After the procedure, she told me that she added a little red in with the brown. I didn't think it was a big deal. And after seeing the finished product, I thought everything was great. But toward the end of the first week, I kept noticing that the color was no where near the brown shade, but kept getting lighter and lighter, and looked like my brows had been colored with a reddish brown furniture marker. No joke! I was told that they would get lighter in the healing process. I figured I would address this when I went back. My next appointments for the eye liner/ lip color were scheduled at 10:00 and 12:00 on the 7th day, and I had to call and cancel the lip color appointment, because of a Drs. appointment out of town that had to be rescheduled for 8:00 am that same day. I had to leave a voicemail, and I also sent a text, to let Taylor know that I would be back by 12:00 for the eye liner, and to please call me. I never got a call, so I called at 10:00 when the salon opened to make sure she got my message. She acted as though she never listened to the message or read the text. I explained that I would be back by 12:00 for my other appointment. She proceeded to tell me that she no longer had the 12:00 appointment. I had previously confirmed both the appointments before I knew about my Drs appointment getting rescheduled . So Taylor counted me as a no show! And I realized that I was forfeiting my deposit for the lip color I canceled. I asked when I could reschedule the eye liner, since she supposedly had already filled the 12:00 slot, which I find very hard to believe, since I made the cancellation call and text message around 8:30 am the day before, which was within the 24 hours notice. I asked to reschedule the eye liner appointment, and she informed me that I would have to pay another deposit!!!! You've got to be kidding! I mean, REALLY??? She just kept saying that she couldn't transfer my original deposit for the eye liner procedure because it was "already in the system " and my 12:00 appointment was also considered a no show! This is absolutely ridiculous! My time is just as valuable as hers! What difference did it make on whether the eyeliner appointment was at 10:00 and lip color at 12:00, or vice versa?? Those 2 time slots were scheduled for me, and it did NOT matter which order they were booked! Taylor could have been a little more accommodating and change anything she wanted to " in the system "!! And when I told her that I was not pleased with the reddish color, Taylor denied telling me that she added red to the original brown that I selected. She also told me that my brows were in the healing process and they would get darker as they healed, which is totally contradictory to what she said right after she finished. She also neglected to tell me in the beginning, that it would cost an additional $150 for a touch up! THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY! I have NEVER in my life been treated so rudely at a salon or any other business for that matter, and I would NEVER recommend this person in the future . Definitely not what I consider professional. However, this review has absolutely nothing to do with the other hair stylist and manicurist who work there! So..... I have botched up brows and might as well have thrown money in the garbage. Live and learn. Rant over.

Still have no complaints on Dr. Fullwood, or the lab tech, but the nurses and office staff have gone down in quality. To be fair some are fine, but several are very lazy and have attitudes. They don't make referrals or do things the doctor tells them to do, then lie and say they did. Other medical facilities contact them, yet Trinity says they didn't. One time another medical facility contacted them via FAX several times, but got no response. Trinity said we get too many faxes so we don't read them. They don't want to do anything more than see you on your visit. Don't ask questions, don't call, don't ask for records or referrals, they get irritated, and many times just ignore you. Then when they don't call and you call back, they claim they already called you and tell the doctor you're being a problem. If the doctor tells them to get you a referral, it will take months, in the meantime you might just try to get in to whatever doctor you need, because you will have already seen the doctor or had the test by the time they get around to referring you. Then there's the exams. The doctor is good, but they don't even have an EKG machine. Instead they try to use a phone app which never works. If you have to have some small treatment, the nurse may or not be able to do it, and will tell you to go home and do it yourself. Unfortunately this type of medical care is typical for this area, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

I had a cleaning this week, the day before my appointment, I received a reminder, call as well as the option to move my appointment to an earlier time. I really appreciated that! I haven't had any long waits prior to being called back to the exam room, over the past visits. The waiting room and exam rooms a clean and welcoming. I always feel very comfortable with my hygienist, she is very professional, thorough and friendly. My doctor is always in a pleasant and friendly mood. I have to say I do take good care of my teeth, so I only see him for a short visit, but he's always thorough and informative of the exam. I recommend this office for great care and service.

A review written in haste, or in anger, for example, won't be helpful to the patient who trusts it, and could even be harmful. I have been to this hospital several times from the mid 90s (excruciating and unstoppable headaches) through the mid 2000s (gallbladder removal, unstoppable headaches, mammogram, blood work, hiatal hernia surgery). For the most part, everything went off without a hitch. In a nutshell, I can say I have always been treated successfully, politely and attentively. I can not say that all my combined experiences were without issues. My gallbladder removal surgery in 2005 went fine. My recovery was not the simple 'out-patient' experience. I went in on a Thursday and came out Sunday evening. I could not get over the sickness from the anesthesia. That wasn't the hospital's fault, but my body's inability to overcome quickly. While recovering from that surgery, a nurse in training and her supervisor came to give me a shot for pain. She rolled me onto my side and I was prepared to fill it stick my butt. She did not. She, instead, gave it to me on the side of my leg, hitting a nerve over the side hip bone. I spent almost a year in physical rehab to regain the ability to walk properly. I was subjected to endurring a 'nerve damage test', that involved having a needle inserted under my skin and electrical pulses sent through it. The needles weren't inserted locally to my damaged area, but a variety of places from top to bottom, front to back, of BOTH legs. That was torture. According to numbers you find online, the 'readmit' (readmission within 30 days) for coronary, pneumonia, and heart attack is on average 25%. Put that into perspective, Regional Medical Center in Memphis, Tn averages 19%. They have several events throughout the year that benefit the community. The Yelp site said that the boutique opened at 9:00, so we show up at 9:00...the store didn't actually open until 9:30 (pictures were at 10:00 ). The sweet lady let us come in early and purchase two precious headbands. The store has adorable kids clothes and some nice clothes and accessories for mom too.
