I find that important as it really is easier to open up about personal topics. How else can you get the best care. I really like the changes that the clinic has taken over the past year. Having tricare there were only 2 options in the whole area, was not happy with either until I switched to Diana. Love her Also, Linda the front desk lady is pretty great too!!! I call her the tricare master, i have actually called her to help straighten out a mess at another drs office.

Having tricare meant limited options so I was nervous to have a small selection of Drs to choose from but I couldn't be happier with Dickson Street Clinic. Nancy is wonderful as well. I never have to worry about billing or if she has the needed info. She stays on top of all of it. They also have a friendly nursing staff that listens and shows genuine interest in patient health.

Dr. Patrick McGowan is an excellent physician. He always takes time to explain everything and is…read morealways willing to answer questions. He also says he's "not trying to be a block to treatment", for instance if you suggest a treatment that isn't his first line, he'll explain to you why he thinks there is a better option to try first. But if appropriate, he'll let you have input in regards to your own care. He also does a great job of trying to help you select options that save you money, and doesn't run unnecessary tests or prescribe unnecessary meds if there are other options that are cheaper. My wife and I have both been to him multiple times and we remain satisfied with our doctor. We also have no problems getting appointments and they'll even work you in on a walk-in if needed.
