The front desk staff, when not gossiping about their most recent dates, which I had to listen to…read moreone day while they could not seem to get a follow-up appointment scheduled and my copay processed is rude and inconvenienced by the simplest of questions. They act as though they are too busy to help. I guess they are too busy discussing their social lives! I would send messages through the portal for an appointment and they seldom responded in a timely manner. If they did respond, they give you excuses to cover the fact that they ignored or forgot to check the portal. If you need anything within several days that is not going to happen. They will refer you to their MANA Urgent Care clinics because it is apparently too hard to schedule you with your PCP. Random charges are affixed to your account for asking a question through the portal. I have never had this happen at any of the MANA clinics before I switched to MANA-North Fayetteville. If you leave a message for the clinic manager she won't call you back. I am done with this circus I have another PCP lined up out of the MANA system. The office experience ruins the entire clinic. This review is not a reflection of the care that I received from Dr. Abby Baldwin or Dr. Lauren Thompson both are wonderful doctors and I strongly reccomend either. If you want a rude administrative staff and an office manager who does not return calls to simple questions then this is your place. Common sense and patient service seems to have left the equation.

I was dreading this appointment until the moment I entered the facility and was greeted by friendly staff in the lobby. The wait time was virtually nonexistent, and I was able to immediately see Dr. Hinton and her assistant. They were both very attentive, carefully listening to all my thoughts and concerns. They told me everything I needed to know in a way that I could understand (without making me feel like an idiot), which I still appreciate. She is also very attentive during the exam, making sure you are as comfortable as possible. Over the next few visits, Dr. Hinton and I discussed birth control options, as I believed they would help with my hormone-induced breakouts. She carefully explained all options, listening to my numerous concerns and answering ALL my questions. If she hadn't explained my options and just did what I wanted, I would still be a hormonal mess, using a product that would have no affect on my acne; but, since then, my skin has been FLAWLESS and I genuinely feel healthier and happier as a woman for seeing her. I was prepared for the wait because I have read the reviews, so that isn't my complaint here…read more My complaint is about the office staff and a mismanagement of my prescription. I left the office being told that my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. When the time came for my prescription to be ready, my pharmacy said they never received it. I call the office and was told once again that it was sent in, I tell them I just got off the phone with the pharmacy and it wasn't. The receptionist puts me on hold to speak with the nurse and comes back to tell me they cannot give me two prescriptions. I remind them that I was never given one, and after some back and forth they tell me they will send it in. Well... some time goes by and I call my pharmacy again.. no prescription... I speak with my mental health nurse and their office calls on my behalf. The staff at MFP was not only rude, but also said my prescription was sent in. Again, it wasn't. I call them immediately after speaking with my clinic and speak with a nurse. The nurse is insisting that the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. When I tell her that this isn't my first time calling and that my other clinic called, she tells me there is no history of prior phone calls from me or my clinic. That is simply not true. After some time, she puts me on hold to come back now saying that they gave me a written prescription! They did not! I ask her why the story is changing now and she has no answer. I assure her that I did not walk out of the office with a prescription and she said she will try to resolve this. I wait again. Another week goes by and still no prescription at my pharmacy. I call again and ask to speak to the practice manager. I tell her the story, she tells me she will resolve it. But here I am, still, with no prescription ever sent in to my pharmacy. Mistakes happen. What concerns me is the repeated misinformation, conflicting explanations, lack of documentation of my calls, and the complete failure to resolve the problem despite multiple opportunities to do so. I am actively seeking for a new provider.
