Don't use this company unless you want to be put off for months and still not get the job done. I have never dealt with someone less competent than Matt, the owner. I only gave him one star because they didn't have a negative one to give. Please save your time and def your money. Check out the Better Business Bureau on this company read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner Matt promised me he would work on a variance for building a garage within 5 feet of my septic. He started telling me he was working on it in the spring of 2019. He told me it would take the State of Wisconsin six weeks to get it approved. I waited about eight weeks and called to get a status of what was going on and Matt told me that he didnt think I wanted it done right away, but he would start working on it. I waited another six weeks and checked back only to be told that he promised he would get to it the next week. The next week he didnt do it and now I am approaching fall and my builder is waiting. With out telling Matt he was FIRED, I contacted another septic company and I had my varience with in three weeks. Matt has also been putting off a friend of mine who has actually given Matt a down payment. I have told my friend to FIRE Matt!!!!!!! ANYONE NEEDING SEPTIC SERVICE DONE IN THE ADAMS COUNTY AREA BE READY TO BE PUT OFF BY THIS COMPANY. *******. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GARRISON SEPTIC!!!!!!!!!****************** ALSO: CCAP the owner of the company and you will see what kind of person he is. For those that dont know what CCAP is its Wisconsin Circuit Court Access Program. If you look at the Better Business Bureau site you will see that I am not the only person he has done this to. I dont know how the guy stays in business telling people he will work for them and never show up. WOW!!!!!!! If any member of Garrison Septic comes onto my property he/she will be trespassing and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the LAW!!!!!! read more

Established in 1948.

Original owner was Ray Garrison, my dad Edwards Alft began working for him when he was 13years old on the dairy farm then when hit 16 starting driving service truck. My dad bought the business in the mid 1960's. I began working for my dad in 1976 and purchased the business from him in 1993. The business evolved from just servicing septic systems to designing & installing septic systems.

We contacted several companies for bids and ComfortAire gave us more choices, provided information on manufacturer rebates, utility rebates and even applicable and tax credits. They were professional with the installation and even took care of the paperwork for us to receive the rebates. They installed a high efficiency furnace, humidifier, heat pump with a smart thermostat. We were even to add a new hot water heater as having all the work completed at once resulted in a welcomed savings. The hot water heater and air conditioner have worked flawlessly and we have noticed a savings on our utility bill. We had work done by another contractor that unfortunately damaged our new furnace and Carey and his team quickly came out to assess the situation. Carey even made a special trip to meet with the insurance adjuster. Amazing service and we are looking forward to many years of trouble free service.
