We sent a check for several thousand dollars, which was deposited, but then we were not able to get in contact with the business or owner for several weeks after repeated calls and emails. We were finally able to schedule a date to start repairs (~6 weeks after the check was deposited), but on the day of the scheduled appointment, no one showed up and no one called to let us know they weren't coming. When we called to express our frustration and disappointment, the owner made excuses, got agitated, and then hung up on us. We requested a refund of our deposit due to extremely poor customer service, lack of communication and answering phone calls/emails, and no one showing up on the appointment date without notice. The owner has refused to refund our money and has been ignoring our emails. Do not hire this company!!! They are not trustworthy and have nonexistent customer service!

I dropped off the check and the coupon to which the employee said I could use it on materials and not delivery. I said I understood. After leaving, I received a phone message from Wolosek's, who said I couldn't use the coupon as the delivery was a service and it was for customer pick up only. There was nothing said about pick up only on the coupon. I canceled the order. The discount would have been about $100. So they lose out on $1500 of business for being petty. I should have been able to use the coupon because field stone is not a service. Do not use this company as they use false advertisements and unfair business practices.
