Well, long story short, they did not replace it. So now instead of having my rod, so that I can fish with it today, I have two choices. Buy another rod or go through Fenwick, then I have to wait weeks and pay the shipping and handling. I am going to buy another rod, but I need to take my $400 to $500 a year that I spent at Tutts and take that business elsewhere. What a joke.

I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you.
