If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I brought my bow in to be restrung and was given a timeline of 2-3 weeks max. 3 weeks passed and no update on the bow. When I ask for the timeline to the bow being finished, I was told the string wasn't delivered but should ship by that Friday and the bow should be done by the next week. Another week passes and no call to update on my bow status. I call the store and the same employee from the prior week answers the phone. I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you. read more

Amazing experience! We rented a pontoon with family and friends for a weekend. Brent's customer service was exceptional. He walked us through the pricing, which was very reasonable, and all of our rental options with ease. He and his staff were super friendly and punctual with both the drop off and return and the pontoon we rented exceeded our expectations. I just got out of a ambulance thanks to this store, I had my bow restrung here and it didn't really need it, but I wanted everything to be good to go for hunting season, I had 2 does in my sight and the string snaps back and hits me in the face I take extremely good care of my bow it was only shot less then 10 times on the new string, the guy at the store says come here quick, I rush down there he says 2 weeks to wait, no replacement temporary bow, I call the other archery store hecwont because he's not affiliated with them they say they make their own strings they could have it done in 3 days, I said give me my refund and we'll figure out the other details later, he refused to give me my money back or call or help get anything done, here I am with a concussion and he's just trying to push me out the door I am a 100 percent disabled combat veteran i was in fallujah I have tbi ptsd and so on my old string was not even that bad I gave these guys my money and buisness and I just wanted to be good to go, so I am sitting here after the ambulance was called by the employee at the store because all he wanted to do was push me out the door it's the most pathetic store to injure someone by you're negligence, not offer any solutions, so after I got a concussion from the string hitting me in the face and the way these guys acted I would say I would not recommend them I would rather drive to Canada then give these guys another dime, I'm waiting to see the outcome of this because if everything that just happened the owner still has not called me shows how much he cares about combat vets man I could not beileve a brand new string would snap from absolutely nothing I've never met such a disrespectful person in my life no refund no temporary bow no string wait he says wait 2 weeks when I literally just had it restrung to avoid this exact situation and thats besides the medical bills and pending issues that are going to arise from the treatment I received here because the employee called a ambulance well just stay away from here the owner could care less he just has a bunch of high school kids fill in and his relatives, probably why my bow string snapped or he orders from China that's why it takes 2 weeks, anyways thanks for giving me a concussion beimert outdoors, ill be going to the VA and hospitals for treatment thanks for ruining everything still no phone call from the owner last I heard he was hunting haha you just had a ambulance and police at youre store and he could care less about my well being, I'll still have to go get more check ups because of this in the future, just never go here they are straight up bad people who don't truly care they just want you're money and they don't know what they are doing I can't imagine all the treatment I'm going to need after they installed a string the wrong way or they installed a defective string, it's like a gun manufacturer selling you a gun that can blow up in youre face, these guys are evil man what a joke thanks for giving you're combat veterans concussions beimert glad you don't care to call owner what a mess you would think this is a drop everything emergency but no they just want you're money they don't care they also stole my bow from me luckily I took pictures the worker there called a ambulance I never told him to he just wanted me out the door, I'm glad he did though I so I can get started on the recovery process read more
