The second was I called to make an appt with my urologist, when I was informed he retired. I said give me an appt. With someone else. I was told they need approval to switch drs. I said I'm not switching Dr, you are, to which I was told I would get a call back within 48 hours. A week later I'm still waiting, but obviously made an appt somewhere else. Very unprofessional, will never again go to any of their practices

He acted out quite unprofessionally, rather than owning it and apologizing for the long wait. Liked him as a clinician but now need to be done with him and the whole group.

I can't say more other then GREAT! Not sure why he has 1 negative comment but this Dr. is definitely not unprofessional or rude, and is not a "surgery first" guy. You would be wise to use him if you have back or neck problems.

Dr. Lieberman is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and a necessary…read morepart of my life. I have Osteoarthritis in both my knees. The pain fluctuates daily between 6 and 10 on a scale of 1 to 10, with ten being the worst. Dr. Lieberman shared all the possible treatments and respected my choice to try Physical Therapy (PT) first. As of today, the PT is having little to no effect. Dr. Lieberman invited me to talk with him regarding other paths to managing this issue should the need arise. I will be calling the good doctor this week.
