I went to the desk, hi, who do I make a payment to? The female on the left just stares at me blankly chewing. I look at the one on the right who finally is like, do you have an appointment? I didn't say anything but I'm like, we are literally seated ten feet in front of your face, did you not see I'm talking to my mom? Anyway so I'm like I'm making a payment on her behalf. She silently takes the money and writes a receipt. Meanwhile the one on the left just keeps staring at me while eating with cream cheese on her chin. Then my mom (she came for a colonoscopy) asks whether there is a bathroom inside the procedure area or she has to use the public one in the lobby. Again a blank stare from the woman on the left. The one on the right then says yes you have to use this one. You're telling me, in a BUSY location, they have ONE bathroom that EVERYONE has to use including patients that obviously if you know anything about colonoscopies, will have to use the bathroom. Added to that there is literally NO sound proofing so whatever you do in there people will hear (heard explosions from like three patients while waiting). Btw finally heard the female on the left speak, it was to YELL at an older man who was hard of hearing and possibly with ESL, WHAT IS YOUR NAMMME!!! Look we all have bad days, but the stank attitude is unnecessary, especially in healthcare. People are worried abt their health and now have to deal with this? Then they say no phones, but the TV isn't on either. Am I supposed to sit here and meditate? Meanwhile Spanish music is playing loudly. Now I'm Latina and love my music, but please, 8am in the morning while trying to comfort my mom?
